Directions by car

From Eindhoven:
From Eindhoven, follow the A2 motorway in the direction of Maastricht.
Just before Maastricht, turn left at the traffic lights. Cross the junction and continue in the direction of Valkenburg. Follow signs to Valkenburg.

From Brussels:
Follow the A3 motorway from Brussels in the direction of Liège (Luik). On the outskirts of Liège (Luik), follow the E25 motorway in the direction of Maastricht. In Maastricht, follow the A79 motorway in the direction of Valkenburg/Heerlen and then turn off at the Valkenburg exit.

From Cologne - Aachen:
From Cologne drive in the direction of Aachen, before Aachen follow signs in the direction Heerlen on the E314 motorway, and then follow the A79 motorway in the direction of Heerlen/Valkenburg/ Maastricht. Take the Valkenburg exit.

Valkenburg aan de Geul has its own railway station. From here trains depart to Maastricht, Heerlen, Kerkrade and Aachen (Germany). There are also direct bus services to Maastricht, Heerlen, Vaals and Sittard as well as local neighbourhood buses.
