A marvellous walk through the beautifull Geul town of Valkenburg during which you can enjoy 5 delicious amuses at renowned catering establishments. You can chose between 2 different routes of approximately five kilometres. Of course for children there's a children's amuse. The amuses can be enjoyed daily between 12.00 and 6.00 p.m., departure preferably before 3.00 p.m.

Starting November the 15th 2013 until January 5th 2014 (except on December 25th and January 1st). On December 26th you can enjoy your amuses up until 4 p.m. You decide at what point in the route you want to start because the route forms a circle.

The 2 routes are available at the Limburg Shop of the Tourist Information Office of South-Limburg, the Readshop, Landal GreenParks and at the participating establishments. The route including amuses costs € 9,95 p.p. You can enjoy 5 amuses at the establishments on the route. Because it can be crowded sometimes on some locations there are 6 places on the route where you can enjoy an appetizer. You choose which 5 out of the 6 participating restaurants you visit.

With the amuse route you benefit from additiopnal discounts on the entrance of the Christmasmarkets and the nativity scene in the cave wilhelmina. Visit the christmasmarket in the Municipal Cave or Velvet Cave for only € 3,- instead of € 5,- per person. Or combine your amuse route with a visit to the Nativity Scene in the Wilhelminacave and save up to 10% on weekdays (mon- fri) and € 0,50 on weekends. You will also receive discounts on all days on a return Cableway for only € 1.00 per person instead of € 4.00. (Subject to harsh weather conditions. Daily last return trip at 17.55 am).
